Yes, our Pilates classes are designed for people of all fitness levels. Each class includes modifications and progressions to help you customize the workout according to your fitness level. If you are a beginner, we recommend Reformer LVL X [1], which is our introductory class focused on building a solid foundation in Pilates.

Please come to your first class up to 10 minutes prior to fill out a waiver + get an equipment demo. Grip Socks are mandatory for all classes, no exceptions. This is for safety and sanitary purposes. Please feel free to bring your own or purchase Grip socks at the Studio for $25.
